Services. Melba Ande ("Provider") offers AI visibility optimization services including Google Business Profile management, AI-friendly content updates, visibility audits, and monthly reporting. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment & Cancellation. The Done For You retainer is billed monthly at $497. The Train Me cohort is a one-time payment of $297. Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice before the next billing date. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all sales are final. If you experience a service issue, please contact us directly at melbaande10@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Results Disclaimer. AI visibility, SEO, and GEO outcomes vary based on industry, location, competition, platform algorithm changes, and other factors outside the Provider's control. No specific ranking, traffic increase, revenue outcome, or recommendation frequency is guaranteed. Testimonials and statistics cited on this page reflect general market data and are not a guarantee of individual results.

Confidentiality. The Provider will not share your business information, login credentials, or proprietary data with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability. The Provider's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the most recent 30-day period. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida. By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
